2nd Reversal of Return: This is for return of Items purchased and returned with a seller defect that has been tested and confirmed as non-defect item and resupplied back to the buyer or customer. We also offer refunds. No stories!
3rd All returns must happen within 7 days of delivery and receipt of inventory. Products received after 7 days are not eligible for return. Should an item not meet with the customers’ satisfaction for whatever reason, they may return the goods to us within seven days of receipt. Our customer will then get a full refund less all-direct costs incurred by us on the order such as actual delivery costs. The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way. If you are dissatisfied with our product, we would rather refund you than have you become disgruntled. Please give us a chance to examine the product before refund. Handling charges apply.
If your request is left unattended to within 7 days of escalation and return. Please send a mail directly to the CEO at firstname.lastname@example.org. This triggers the highest level of escalation and is treated with Utmost Priority.
